We use a mixed methodology in developing Mobile Application. We adopt benefits from Waterfall Model as well as Agile Development Model as we use in ERP Software Development.
We will write down the requirements told by the client and categorise the requirements into various modules.
In some cases, We may visit client site inorder to understand existing system if the requirement is similar to an ordering system.
We develop Backend for the mobile application with help of Web Technologies and Software will be used in a Browser such as Google Chrome.
We will check whether all requirements could be implemented purely with Web technologies and Existing Android/IOS Functionalities or not. After feasibility checks we will check whether any existing modules could be used in project for reducing client's investment in the project. If the requirements were general in nature, there wont be any feasibility checks as with the case of ERP's.
If Android/IOS stop support to a feature critical to the Mobile APP, We doesnt undertake any responsibility for any such event or costs associated with such events, and Client will be acknowledged of such risks in the beginning. Example: This year Google just upgraded some API's to work with only HTTPS Requests, Maps pricing changes affected lakhs of websites and Applications.
After feasibility checks we will give an estimted project cost to the client.
Project will be started after 50% payment + GST 18% of the estimated project cost is released by the client. No refunds will be made
A wireframe design of the Mobile application is made and get design agreement signed by the client. Final Application will be similar to the approved design by 95 percentile. As Android and IOS Regularly updates its Layouts and functionality cent percent guarantee on design is not possible as in Website design.
Coding & Interface design happens in this phase.
Most projects are done using Android Development Kit, Apple SDK, PHP, its frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap front end framework and MariaDB.
Project is tested by us for its completeness, Layout & Usability
Project is Hosted on a Test Server. 20% of payment is released in this phase
Project demo is used by the client Onsite.
Minor Changes recommended by the clients will be made. For larger requirements it will be implemented after Initial requirement completion and by requoting the Project Cost.
Deployment of the project is done to Production Servers and in respective APP STORES or in situ Devices.
Final Payment is released.
65% Cost of additional requirements if any is also collected at this phase
